All orders will be shipped out within 48 - 72 hours, excluding holidays and weekends.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Love Letter Apparel is committed to providing our customers with quality products.
Our return policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags still attached.
To start your return or exchange, please email returns@shoploveletterapparel.com. Please include your order number in your email. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your return is due to an item that arrived damaged or defective, we will provide a return shipping label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If you requested an exchange, and your selection is unavailable, we will refund you.
