ORDERS
CONSULTATIONS
If you need help brainstorming your design or would like to discuss your vision and ideas, a consultation will be required. Please submit the contact form to request a consultation. The non-refundable consultation fee is $50 and is able to be applied toward any other future services (mockups, artwork design, samples, orders). Consultations do not include custom artwork or mockups. The consultation is 1 hour and held on Google Meet. During your consultation, we can discuss your exact needs and begin to collaborate on your project. A quote will not be provided at this time.
CUSTOM ORDER INQUIRY
If you already know what you need and have a rough design or sketch, please submit the customer oder inquiry form. Please be as detailed as possible in your submission. Once your inquiry is reviewed, you will receive a contract and a custom quote. Your quote will not include shipping, as that is calculated later due to varying factors.
MOCKUPS
Mockup fees apply to all custom item inquiries and must be paid before any design work or production begins. The fee includes digitizing and/or embroidery-ready file conversion required for manufacturing. Mockup fees are non-refundable and not credited toward your order.

Level 1 - Jerseys, T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Cardigans (Low Customization) - $60
Level 2 - Jerseys, T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Cardigans (Moderate Customization) - $80
Level 3 - Jerseys, T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies, Cardigans (High Customization) - BEGIN AT $110
Level 4 - Jackets (Low Customization) - $80
Level 5 - Jackets (Moderate Customization) - $110
Level 6 - Jackets (High Customization) - BEGIN AT $160
ARTWORK
If your design requires custom artwork, there is an additional charge. All custom artwork requests incur an artwork fee prior to us creating any custom artwork or producing any custom items. Custom artwork fees are non-refundable and not credited toward your order.
PRICING
Level 1 - Text Artwork Logo. Logo includes no elements. - $25
Level 2 - Logo with 1 Element - $50
Level 3 - Logo with 2-3 Elements - $75
Level 4 - Logo with 4 Elements - $100
Level 5- Logos with 5 or more elements and/ or heavy detailed backgrounds - BEGIN AT $125
SAMPLES
If you would like a sample created before placing a larger order, the cost of the sample is your responsibility. Samples start at $125, and the turnaround time is approximately one month from design approval.
PAYMENTS
Invoices and/ or payment links will be sent via email. Payments must be made in full before production can begin.
DESIGN & PRODUCTION PROCESS
Since custom orders are completely made from scratch, the entire design and production process takes significant time. If your order is for a specific date, please allow enough lead time for the design and production process. We can't rush orders. Production will start immediately upon approval of your design and full payment. Please allow at least a month for us to receive your item from the manufacturer. Once quality is confirmed, we will ship to you. We will update you throughout the process on the status of your order.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs ARE NOT included in quotes and must be paid separately. We do not cover shipping costs. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor the delivery status.
We do not allow direct shipping from the manufacturer to the customer to ensure consistency and quality control. Once we receive your order from the manufacturer, we will ship to you within one business day.
Also, please note that global issues (tariffs, customs, suspended or altered service) can affect shipping times and cause delays. These issues are out of our control , and we try our best to work through them to ensure you receive your items in a timely manner.
